What Happens After You Invite

  1. 1
Your assistant receives an email with an invitation link
  2. 2
They click the link and sign in (or create an account if new)
  3. 3
    They accept the invitation
  4. 4
They can now access your practices based on their role

Note: The assistant must sign in with the same email address the invite was sent to. If they use a different email, they won't be able to accept.

Troubleshooting

My assistant didn't receive the email

Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. If it's not there, try removing and re-inviting them.

They can't see my practices

Verify they accepted the invitation (check Settings → Invite Assistants for their status). Make sure they're logged in with the correct email.

I want to change their role

Go to Settings → Invite Assistants, find their name, and click the role dropdown to change from View Only to Can Edit (or vice versa).
