What It Does

The Situation Generator creates random end-of-game basketball scenarios for practice. Use it to:

Practice late-game execution
Work on specific situations
Prepare for pressure moments
Add variety to practice

How to Use It

    Go to your Dashboard (must be a Pro user)

    Find the Late-Game Situations card
  3. 3
    Click "Generate Situation"
  4. 4
    Set up your players according to the scenario
  5. 5
    Run the play!
  6. 6
    Click "Next" for a new situation

The 26 Situations

The generator includes 26 carefully designed situations covering:

Close games – 1-3 point margins
Larger leads – Protect or overcome 5+ points
Tie games – Must-score situations
Overtime – Fresh start scenarios
Various clocks – From 4 min to 1 second
Court locations – Full variety of spots

No Repeats: All 26 situations cycle through before any repeat. The counter shows "X of 26 · Cycle Y" so you always know where you are.

Practice Ideas

End of Practice

Use 5-10 minutes at the end to run 3-4 situations. Great way to end on a competitive note.

Dedicated Session

Run an entire practice block focused on late-game situations. Go through 8-10 scenarios with discussion.

Team Competition

Split into Dark and White teams and keep score. The team that wins the most scenarios wins.

Film Study Companion

Generate a situation, discuss what you'd do, then find similar real-game clips to analyze.
