Manage your players, track who shows up, and organize practice teams.

Managing Your Roster

Add and organize players for your team. Click "Roster" in the navigation menu to get started.

  1. Select your team from the dropdown
  2. Click "Add Player" to add a new player
  3. Enter their name, jersey number (optional), and position (optional)
  4. Click the checkmark to save

Player Details

Each player can have:

  • Name - Player's full name (required)
  • Jersey Number - Their number on the team
  • Position - PG, SG, SF, PF, or C

Organizing Players

Keep your roster organized:

  • Drag and drop to reorder players
  • Click the pencil icon to edit player info
  • Click the trash icon to remove a player

Tracking Attendance

When you have a roster, an Attendance section appears on every practice plan.

Present

Player attended practice

Absent

Player was not there

Injured

Present but injured

Attendance is saved automatically when you save the practice plan.

Creating Practice Teams

Organize players into color-coded teams for scrimmages. The Practice Teams section appears below Attendance.

  1. Click "Add Team"
  2. Choose a team color (Red, Blue, White, Black, etc.)
  3. Select the team size: 3-man, 4-man, or 5-man
  4. Pick your starters from available players
  5. Optionally add substitute players
  6. Click "Create Team"

Available Team Colors

Red
Blue
White
Black
Green
Gold
Orange
Purple

On Printed Practice Plans

When you print a practice plan, attendance and practice teams appear automatically:

  • Attendance Summary - Shows count of present, absent, and injured players with names
  • Practice Teams - Lists each team with color, size, starters, and subs

This makes it easy to reference during practice without needing your phone or computer.
